About the Book
The Adventures of Alchemy and Aloe is about a boy named Alchemy and his Aloe Vera plant, Aloe. In each adventure they go on, Alchemy runs into a situation in which Aloe then teaches Alchemy about his inner magic and how to apply it through breathwork and mindful thinking in order to resolve their predicament. By using the terms ‘rosy’ and ‘fuzzy’ as representation of ‘positive’ and ‘negative’ thoughts whenever Aloe is teaching Alchemy, allows children to understand and communicate in a more friendly feeling way about their emotions. Included with a full Q&A, discussion points and a mindful gardening activity at the back of each book, this gives the opportunity for readers to apply the information learnt immediately if desired.
